Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship to Our Hub

  Download and print your prepaid EU shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new size within 5-7 business days.
